I am interested in figuring out how social dynamics of Myxococcus xanthus will be influenced when its dormant structures from the past is added in the form of "seed bank" to the actively growing pool of vegetative cells through a lab evolution experiment. Apart from this, I also want to look at the various factors which determines the germination of myxospores in presence of its prey.
